With the evolution of high torque, high voltage brushless power, Rev.co innovated a hardened steel pinion (Hard One), which comes with a lifetime guarantee as an alternative to the soft brass pinions that were available on the market. To further compliment our pinions, we introduced CNC machined main gears (Perfect Circle) with higher modulus to provide new gear ratios and power choices to existing machines.

- In 2009, we decided to change the way people felt about rotor blade design, and thus we are proud to be the innovators of the industry's first rotor blade “specifically designed for flybarless helicopters” (EDGE). We also added the RAZR brand of vinyl and custom decals and RC Heli Wear, our apparel and custom branded accessory brand.

- In 2010, we introduced high capacity, low internal resistance lithium polymer chemistry batteries into the marketplace. These packs can handle up to 5C charge rates and above industry standard discharge rates. The Voltz lineup was created to further prove that performance can be had at a very attractive price point, giving the same performance of batteries costing up to three times as much.

Currently the product development team is working on several new and exciting projects, which are expected to be released in late 2010 and early 2011.
